What is Embryo Films looking for?

If you can meet the criteria on the previous pages, please send us your logline (next page). We are open to ANY story or project of any budget or genre.

However, in late 2008, we're keenly interested in 3 specific types of projects:

• Big-budget American projects (US $30 - 100M)
• Low-budget Indie projects (AUD $300k - $2 mil)
• No-budget Indie projects ($0 - $10k)

The big-budget stuff we'd package, the low-budget stuff we'd make, and the no-budget stuff is an experimental project we're working on. One thing in common is that ALL PROJECTS must be:

• "High Concept" (marketable to a wide audience)
• Clear genre with exceptional quality writing
• ORIGINAL and "extraordinary" storylines

At the moment, we are also looking for:

• Major Hollywood studio project for male star
• Stories for the Asian market
• Serious sci-fi, quirky drama, festival fare

Yes, we're aware this covers quite a broad spectrum of projects. You should be able to tell us exactly where your project fits, so that we can respond accordingly.
